Are all your products authentic and sourced directly from Korea?
Yes, 100%. We work directly with authorized distributors and brands in South Korea to ensure that every product in our Vienna warehouse is genuine, fresh, and compliant with EU cosmetic regulations.
How long does shipping take within Austria and the EU?
Orders within Austria are typically delivered in 1-2 business days. For the rest of the EU, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. All orders placed before 12:00 PM are dispatched on the same day.
Do you provide samples with every order?
We love sharing the K-Beauty glow! Every order includes a selection of curated samples so you can discover your next favorite product before committing to a full-size version.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
I have sensitive skin. How do I know which products are right for me?
